Do you come out to Mesilla or University Park?

Yes. Both are about 4 miles from our location on N Triviz Dr, and they're part of the regular area we cover, not an add-on trip. Mesilla Park, just southeast of there, is the same distance and the same story - normal service, not a special run.

How far will you travel for a repair?

We go out as far as White Sands, roughly 18 miles, and cover Radium Springs, Mesquite, La Mesa, and Vado along the way, at distances between about 12 and 16 miles. The farther the address, the more it matters to call ahead so we can plan the route for the day.

Why did my spring break in the summer specifically?

Heat is hard on torsion springs. This area sits in a severe heat band, and the metal fatigues faster through repeated hot-cold cycling than it would somewhere with milder summers. If your door is original to a build from the 1980s or 90s, that spring has been through a lot of those cycles already.

Is my door old enough that parts are hard to find?

It depends on the door. A lot of homes here were built between 1969 and 2003, median around 1986, and some of those doors have hardware that's no longer a stock item. We'll tell you on site if a part needs ordering rather than pretend everything's on the truck.
